Ezekiel 23:40-42

⁴⁰ “Furthermore, ^[a]they have even sent for men who come from a great distance, to whom a messenger was sent; and behold, they came—for whom you bathed, ^(A)put makeup on your eyes, and ^(B)adorned yourselves with jewelry; ⁴¹ and you sat on a splendid ^(C)couch with a ^(D)table arranged in front of it on which you had set My ^(E)incense and My ^(F)oil. ⁴² And the sound of a ^[b](G)carefree multitude was with her; and ^(H)heavy drinkers were brought from the wilderness with people from the multitude of humanity. And they put ^(I)bracelets on ^[c]the wrists of the women and beautiful crowns on their heads.
